My life was changed forever in July of 2020 when something in my spirit nudged me to get on a scale. When I did, it read 203 pounds! I was in disbelief. I weighed 20 more pounds than when I was pregnant with my daughter! I couldn’t believe it.

I asked myself, how could this be? Is the scale broken? “What do I do next!?” 

Something had to change, and fast. I decided to take back control of my life! I was determined to live a healthier lifestyle, by any means necessary.

I became an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach and as s a result, I lost a grand total of 50 pounds! Most importantly I found a way to keep it off! 

It is my life’s mission to help as many people as I can achieve and maintain their desired fitness & lifestyle goals.

If you are a middle-aged woman and you struggle with feeling unworthy, overweight, and unhealthy I know exactly how you feel.  It is my calling to help catapult those ready for a true transformation into the body and the lifestyle they truly deserve!
